We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Driver

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Drive vehicle for official travel and business, business meetings, or as requested by Representatives
  • Maintain a high standard of service to both internal and external guests.
  • Ensure punctuality and safe transport;
  • Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and indeed of Lagos State.
  • Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
  • Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty
  • Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times
  • Ensure the vehicle is kept secure at all times

  • Ensure the vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
  • Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by the official manufacturer’s specifications
  • Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicle spare parts inventory
  • Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring reports, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, and mileage, at end of each month
  • Assist the Admin Officer to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to the schedule
  • Prepare a budget plan for the vehicle
  • Assist in the purchase of new vehicles as required
  • Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, etc;
  • Provide assistance to the Office Administrator in the time working at the office, including but not limited to:
    • Delivering goods and correspondences, carrying parcels, and packages, and delivering and collecting official documents as required
    • Maintaining office storage facility/garage (ensuring it is clean, secure, dry, and orderly tidy) ad hoc.

Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 3 – 6 years of relevant work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
