Job Title: Key Account / Client Services Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Overall Daily / Weekly Responsibilities
Guide the achievement of long and short-term goals of the client’s business operations, protect the brand/company name and develop both the client’s existing and new products and services.
Ensure day-to-day contact is maintained with Account Executives and Business Strategists; ensure that advice, and counsel is given to them on daily basis with respect to task execution; and that the agency is constantly taking the initiative.
Always prepare a brand profile [which is a formal statement of the marketing background, client’s objectives, and fundamental strategies].
Ensure constant availability of information on all clients’ brands by researching and assessing available data concerning all our client’s brands and suggesting ways to help them create more value for both the client and the Agency.
Ensure that the selling of creative, media, or research recommendations to clients is professionally and effectively carried out.
Ensure processes and procedures are in place to guide the delivery of the agency’s products/services, ensuring they are nothing short of excellent.
Regular communication and liaison with clients at the senior level
Organization and maintenance of a world-class client feedback system
Generating accurate reports and status notifications
Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team, and the agency in the most productive direction
Candidates should possess a Degree / Diploma from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Candidates must have 1 – 2 years of experience in the advertising sector.
