Supports the People Operations Lead in the delivery of backend standardized and super-efficient people solutions that ensure the smooth running and excellent service delivery of the People Optimization department.
Ensure that all employee data, records, HRIS and reports are impeccably maintained and available on demand
Facilitate team effectiveness by coordinating meetings, events, calendars, interviews and monitoring projects
Operate an efficient departmental Helpdesk, and liaise with external contacts (e.g. service providers, HMOs)
Deliver internal correspondence and ensure that all people policies and procedures are relevant and up-to-date
Own the execution of departmental process improvement and automation projects, as well as other roles defined.
Bachelor’s degree from a top-rated University; with ≥2:1 grade
Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency at intermediate level.
