The position

  • Supports the People Operations Lead in the delivery of backend standardized and super-efficient people solutions that ensure the smooth running and excellent service delivery of the People Optimization department.


  • Ensure that all employee data, records, HRIS and reports are impeccably maintained and available on demand
  • Facilitate team effectiveness by coordinating meetings, events, calendars, interviews and monitoring projects
  • Operate an efficient departmental Helpdesk, and liaise with external contacts (e.g. service providers, HMOs)
  • Deliver internal correspondence and ensure that all people policies and procedures are relevant and up-to-date
  • Own the execution of departmental process improvement and automation projects, as well as other roles defined.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-rated University; with ≥2:1 grade
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency at intermediate level.
