Description of the telephone operator role:
Make calls from supplied databases
Identify and speak to the key person within a company
Undertake a persuasive and effective dialogue, in order to introduce a product or service
Conclude and organize the appointment according to the procedure
Make more than 150 calls per week
Work a minimum of 10 hours per week (Average 15 calls an hour)
